Dear friend,

I’ve always been curious about the quiet shifts that change our lives.

Right now, AI is one of the biggest. But it’s not the only one.

For many of us in midlife, everything seems to be shifting at once — how we work, earn, learn, parent, stay healthy, and make sense of who we are becoming next. Technology is part of that story. So is wellbeing. So is money. So is reinvention.

Forty and Figuring It Out is my space to explore all of it.

Not as an expert with all the answers, but as someone living through these changes in real time — learning, experimenting, reflecting, and trying to explain things in plain, everyday language, the way you might talk about them with a friend over coffee.

Here, you’ll find stories, reflections, and practical ideas about life after 40 — from AI, business, and career pivots to personal growth, financial clarity, parenting, and wellness. Some posts are about tools and opportunities. Some are about mindset. Some are about staying steady, curious, and well in a world that keeps moving faster than expected.

You won’t find hype or heavy jargon here. Just thoughtful observations, useful ideas, honest experiments, and occasionally, things that didn’t work out the first time — so we can all learn a little faster and feel a little less alone.
